Bruno Magli is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, premium footwear and accessories in their original packaging. All returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a seamless refund or exchange experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original Bruno Magli box and secure them within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
